TESTIMONIALS
- “Dear Joy and Staff,
First of all, I want to thank you for all the heartfelt and important work you do. It takes a very special type of person to work in the medical field, nonetheless to work with older ones who are getting close to their last living days. I can only imagine how difficult that task is in addition to adapting to this pandemic. The way that my grandmother was cared for did not go unnoticed. I appreciate your caring hands.
Also, thank you for being patient with our family. You don’t only deal with the residents and their needs but also their loved ones who perhaps are not aware of the added stress that they may cause. I thank you from the bottom of our hearts…
Sincerely,
Celeste & Imelda H.” - “To all the staff and Caregivers,
Susan and I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the wonderful care you have provided for Helen over the past four and a half years. Knowing that Helen has been in your capable hands has allowed us to sleep better at night and not worry about her well-being. When you reach that point where you know you cannot take care of your loved one alone, it is a god send that there are folks like all of you to do what you do to help…
On those days when you may need something to brighten the day, think of that endearing smile and listen closely for the ‘hello.’ It will bring a smile to your face and a warmth to your heart and know Helen is always with you.
May God bless and keep you in all that you do for others.
All our love,
Sue & Dan W.” - “Dear Joy,
After quite a while, it was great to see Liz yesterday! It cheered me so to see Liz so well cared for. Truly appreciate all everyone does to look after our loved ones. The time and care you and your team have taken to enhance and beautify your ‘residential home’ is so evident and appreciated! Thank you all again for all of your fine care!
Every good wish,
Peter K.B.” - “Dear Joy and Craig,
Thinking of dear Liz’s smile as I wrote this ‘SMILE:’This marvel contains a ‘mile’- With its five letters you’ll see ~ It’s our gift to one another… Exchanging joy from you to me.
Its assurance shares such sympathy~ Like a sun-gilded flower… With its soothing, silent melody, The recipient savors its power.
It may only take a moment- To receive this weightless mirth, The Lord imbued us with this ability From the moment of our birth.
Cast a glimpse down memory lane… The last time you endured sorrow~ When your heart sought solace, May a luminous smile greet you tomorrow!

My husband Mark and I wanted to drop a note to tell you how sincerely grateful we are for the wonderful care that you have to my mother-in-law, Helen. You were always so accommodating when we came from Oregon. We will always think of the time spent in the courtyard with Helen fondly. The hours that you allowed us to visit each day were appreciated… In addition the care and caring she was given was so comforting. It gave us peace of mind while we were so many miles away. Thank you so much.
Mark & Gina D.”
